Kitchen Design Services

The Party, as they say, is always in the kitchen. That’s true whether you’re making dinner for 12 or a quick and easy weeknight meal for your family. Kitchens that are warm, inviting, and functional have a way of bringing people together like no other room in the house. So, if there’s one space that should be functional in your home, this is it.

I’ve got kitchen design package options to make your Toronto home beautiful and functional for your family, regardless of your budget. I also welcome custom inquiries  – please feel free to reach out to me at any time to discuss your unique needs.

The ‘Appetizer’ (In-home consult)

This two-hour in-home design consultation is an opportunity for us to meet in your space and discuss what works, what doesn’t, and what you’re hoping to achieve in your space.

I’ll give you design suggestions that you can implement on your own, or you can choose to proceed with one (or more) of my design packages as outlined below.

Investment: $350+hst*

(However, this amount will be credited back to you if you purchase the ‘first course’ package with me)

The ‘First Course’ Package (Design Drawings)

This package provides you with the first essential ‘ingredient’ in any renovation: design drawings. We will work together to create a detailed concept design drawing of your dream kitchen, whether you plan to go IKEA, custom-built, or somewhere in-between.

Included in this package:

  • A three-hour in-home design consultation so I can understand in detail how you live and work in your space, as well as your needs and lifestyle. We’ll talk about your wish list, your ideas, and your likes and dislikes. If you have a Pinterest board full of ideas, we’ll look at that together too.
  • Concept Design Drawings, a floor plan, and elevations created using AutoCad.
  • Up to two rounds of changes / adjustments
  • A 3D model of the final design

The ‘Main Course’ Package (Renovation oversight & finish selection)

After we’ve completed the ‘First Course’ package, I can continue working with you and the contractor of your choice to guide you through your renovation, help you choose all the finishing touches (like knobs and faucets), and ensure finished product matches your vision to a T.

The ‘Take-Out’ Package (IKEA Kitchen plans & shopping list)

IKEA is amazing in so many ways – and a great option for those looking to renovate a kitchen on a budget. At the same time, shopping for IKEA products can be overwhelming – and also time-consuming since you’re at the mercy of their pre-set sizes and designs.

But not with this package. Once you’ve completed the ‘First Course’ package, this package gets you a detailed IKEA shopping list for your kitchen with additional ordering drawings to make the whole process stress-free and enjoyable.

Included in this package:

  • IKEA Kitchen order drawings
  • Detailed shopping list with product codes
  • IKEA cost breakdown

Investment: $100+hst/ hour*

(Note: The ‘Take-Out’ package is exclusively available to clients who have done the ‘First Course’ package)

The ‘Palate Cleanser’ package (Kitchen refresh plan)

Don’t have the budget for a full kitchen renovation but still want to make some update? This is the package for you. Together we’ll determine what you need to change in order to achieve the look and feel you want, and create a plan to achieve it that’s within your budget. And then, if you like, I can help you source finishes and materials to execute the project.

This package requires that you book a design consult (‘Appetizer’ package), and the project cost will be determined based on your wishes and the decisions made during our consultation.
